A Day With Us

Every bottle of Samui’s Elixirs follows the rhythm of one day on the island — a blend of craft, intuition, and routine.

5:30 a.m.
Pressing Begins

Fruits and herbs bought the night before are washed, cut, and pressed slowly under cold temperature to preserve enzymes, vitamins, and taste.

7:30–8:00 a.m.
Bottling & Delivery

Each elixir is bottled in sterilized 250 ml glass bottles and sealed cold with a silver cap.

By 8 a.m., deliveries leave for cafés, villas, and hotels across Samui - still cold, still fresh.

10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Research & Craft

Once the morning batches are done, we spend the day refining recipes, tasting new combinations, and meeting local growers.

Our goal is simple: better balance, better ingredients, better flavor - every day.

2:00–5:00 p.m.
Tastings & Partnerships

Afternoons are for connection - tasting sessions, feedback from cafés and chefs, visits to local producers, and creative discussions for future drops.

It’s where ideas meet people and every next batch takes shape.

6:00 p.m.
Preparing Tomorrow

As the sun sets, we close the day’s orders and head to the local market.

There, we select the freshest fruits and herbs for tomorrow’s batch - always local, always in season.

From market to bottle in 12 hours - our ritual, repeated every dawn.
